I am preparing to start work at a dairy in Clear Spring, Maryland at the end of February; last year, I worked at on a small organic farm in central Virginia, doing everything from processing chickens to harvesting heirloom tomatoes. I just sent in my application for a Masters Degree in Food Studies at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, and I plan on working in advocacy for sustainable agriculture and small family farms.
